Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Products that are not eligible for return include: used products, products without packaging, and items marked as final sale.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to you via your original payment method (Cash on Delivery).
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either offer you a replacement or a full refund based on the condition of the item.
